Our marketing services use digital marketing tools based around your website (though don’t worry if you don’t have one yet). Our primary marketing objective is normally generating your business new customers or client leads, but that can differ depending on your marketing goals.
On this page we break down our services into various parts, explaining how each works. When we develop a marketing strategy for your business. It may or may not contain all parts, depending on your business type, your customer, and your goals.
The website is the foundation of most digital strategies. It is a powerful tool that allows you to increase your new client leads in many ways that would not be available without it. If you don’t have one, or don’t like the one you have, we can build you one from scratch!
Your website will be built on a WordPress CMS (content management system) that will make it easy to perform future updates, such as adding photos, changing contact information, adding a staff member, etc. We also provide free training for the WordPress CMS as well, if you prefer to make the content updates yourself.
More importantly, your website will be responsive, meaning that it will look and work just as well on mobile devices and tablets as it does on a desktop computer. This is important because mobile traffic makes up over 60% of all web traffic right now, and each year this percent increases as desktop computers are slowly being phased out in exchange for mobile/tablets. Nowadays, websites must adapt the size and shape of a user’s device for an effective web browsing experience.
It’s important to have a responsive website because not only is it hard for a user to navigate the website, Google hates non-responsive websites and will automatically rank your website lower in search results. You can test for responsiveness on a desktop browser by making the browser window thinner/smaller- if the content on the webpage resizes itself, it’s a responsive website!
The homepage also includes all the design and layout, including headers, footers, menus, etc, that goes into the entire website. It offers a brief description of your services along with calls to action to either contact you for services or view your listings. The home page will typically feature a few examples of your work as well. At a bare minimum, this could stand alone as a single page website.
Website Packages start as $500! Contact us and we’ll create a free, less than no pressure, quote.

Your contact page will feature a custom map of your physical location, clearly available contact information for any addresses or phone numbers that you would like listed, a basic “Contact Us” form so clients can quickly engage with your company, and any other text or graphics you would like included.
A services page acts as a portfolio of your work (like the page you are currently on!), showing clients what you can offer them. Along with listing each service you provide, you may include photos or other media examples of your work.
You would provide us with a list of the services you want to offer and a brief description of each, and we would work together to gather/create images or graphics for each service, making this page more engaging to the visitor.
Easy to see staff page with photos, short bios, and contact info. You provide the photos, preferred contact information, and short bios, and we create and implement them into your website.
Contact forms are forms visitors can quickly fill out to ask questions or get more information from you or your team. Forms can be placed in sidebars and within page content! They are great calls to action for potential customers and clients who aren’t ready to commit to a phone call or type out an email. Form submissions get sent directly to your email with the visitor’s questions and their contact information!
For an example page form, take a look at our contact page.
Of course it doesn’t end there. You may have seen features from other sites you want that we haven’t listed, and that’s perfectly ok! Mortgage calculators, testimonial pages, live chat, direction maps, etc, the list goes on! For extra pages or features, we’ll simply give you a quote based on our hourly rate, and we’ll get it done for you!
You have the option of purchasing your own hosting package through a web hosting provider (of which we can recommend a couple), or you can choose to have us host for a small monthly fee. If you choose us to host for you, we provide routine maintenance and updates to ensure your site runs fast (important for SEO), security against malware and viruses (yep, this is a threat for web servers as well!), backups in case the worst happens, and about an hour of update time each month at your discretion, good for minor updates here and there. (Any major additions or features would be quoted and charged by the hour).
Along with our hosting package, we also include email set up for you and your staff, so you can each have an @yourdomain.com email address. These can be easily added to your mobile phones, tablets, and desktop email clients, or redirected to your current email address, all of which we assist with as part of this hosting package.
You have likely heard the term SEO, or search engine optimization, used in relation to websites before, but perhaps aren’t very familiar with what it is and how it works.
When you do a Google search (or bing, or yahoo..), do you often click one of the top 3 links that appear? Do you rarely if ever even go to the second page of results, much less the third or fourth? You wouldn’t be alone. 33% of all search clicks are the first result, the second rank gets 18%, and the third gets just 11%.
It’s a highly competitive market, and there are no overnight solutions to being ranked number 1, but the sooner you start working on your website’s SEO, the better.
SEO can be broken down into two types of services. This SEO refers to initial website SEO setup. Our other SEO services, such as content / articles, are listed later.
Initial website SEO involves coding meta-tags and schema into your website’s HTML that allow search engines to have a better understanding of website elements, creating XML maps and submitting them, having engines crawl and archive your site, along with many other things. These are SEO aspects that rarely need to be changed. They help both your search engine and local search (usually performed on a mobile phone) results.

Writing articles that contain key phrases that a buyer or client may use when searching Google will help boost your ranking in search engines. As a general rule “Content is King!”. This is a very important aspect of your SEO, as it will affect the time spent on your website and how much a user engages with your website. These two things combined affect your search engine ranking more than any other. It also serves to build client confidence, making you look like the industry expert you are.
Social sharing tools in your articles will allow website visitors to share your articles via social media and email, both exposing your website to more potential clients and creating backlinks / citations (backlinks and citations are mentions of your website on other areas of the Internet, especially on websites that Google views as good. The more good backlinks, the higher you will rank in search engines), and increased traffic flow to your website. You can post these articles on your own social media pages, both business and personal, and encourage your friends to share them!
With a blog, either we or your team can write articles. Or both! Generally, the more articles the better, but two to three new 1-4 page articles a month is a highly effective amount.
Marketing Packages start at $100/month. We are able to scale marketing that fits your budget!
Greatly enhance your SEO by creating as many good citations as possible. With this service, we list your website, along with your schema NAP (name, address, phone number) to the top 15 listing directories, as well as Google Business page. We also verify and add your URL and NAP to all leading social media websites. This can be done at website creation, or later down the road if you want to really boost up your ranking potential.
We know getting to the top of a Google search is very competitive. Advertisements are a little less effective than ‘organically’ ranking high (getting to the top of search results using SEO), but they are a way to cheat your way to the top by paying money! Most successful companies will use a combination of good SEO and pay per click campaigns to generate leads. With great tracking tools available, PPC campaigns are able to track exactly how effective your ads are and where your ad budget needs to be spent to be most effective.
An Adwords campaign starts with research. We research your competition and we research your customers to find what ‘key words’ they are searching for when looking for your product or service. We then research cost associations with each key phrase and develop recommendations for you to decide which phrases you’d like to display for.
For example, if you want your ad to show up when someone searches “midland real estate”, and your competitor is paying Google $0.50 every time someone clicks their ad that shows up when that term is searched for, you could decide to ‘outbid’ your competitor and pay Google $0.55 so that your ad shows up instead of theirs. We then set a daily budget so you don’t get too many clicks and have to pay too much. If we set a daily budget of $2.00 and a bid of $0.55, at the very least you would get 3 clicks, though possibly more, and not pay over $2 a day.
Of course, this is just an example. Some key phrases bid at a much lower price… some are much higher! Our research will help you decide the most economical campaign to run.
The more you spend, the more clicks you’ll receive each month. We suggest starting with a lower budget and increasing as you see results!
A Facebook PPC campaign is very similar than a Google Adwords campaign, in that you are paying them for clicks. The difference here is that Google is usually a bit more expensive and more effective, whereas Facebook is usually a bit cheaper and slightly less effective. What we encourage people to start out with is a Facebook ‘Like’ campaign. This is a campaign that you set a budget, perhaps $1 a day, that constantly generates likes for people in the home buying demographic in our area. This builds your Facebook business pages’ Fan base, which is very important.
Having a large, local based fan base not only allows you to get more exposure from your articles and listings, it allows you to cheaply advertise to them AS WELL as boosting your website’s SEO!
We can run campaigns for your products, services, specials, listing, etc, that show up in the page content and sidebars of Facebook and can send customers to you contact pages, online store, or anywhere we need them to go!
It is important to note here that many companies will use services to purchase fake page likes to make their fan base appear larger than it is. This is damaging in several ways. The most important being that your social media and Google authority will suffer, as they are smart enough to know when a business page has artificially boosted numbers.
Social Media is time consuming. To stay on top, you’ve got to post nearly every day, engage with fans, stay on top of trends, and know exactly how to respond to negativity. This especially becomes important when you become the top dog of your industry!
Social media management includes posting listings, articles, and engaging content to build a fan base and keep them engaged. This both increases listing visibility and your client base. It also includes social public relations and issue mediation, review building, and private message response with auto-messaging features.
We use demographic research to know exactly when your fans are on and when they are most likely to engage with your page, when to post and how often to maximize engagement without being obnoxious. Viral content, contests, ‘meme’ posts such as throw back Thursdays, trivia Tuesdays, fan Fridays… like I said, Good, Engaging Social Media is time consuming, but so important these days.
Our Social Media Management package also includes an initial setup of profile image, banner graphics, and other about information that helps with your website’s SEO.
Each month you’ll receive reports on all of the marketing components you are currently investing in. You’ll see how your ad dollars are being spent, how much traffic your website is getting, how your fan base and engagement on social media is doing- everything! You’ll see what is effective, what is offering great returns on investment, and we’ll give you insight into how to adjust your marketing budget. These reports will not only be easy to understand, but we can also set aside a little time each month to go over them if you like!
Monthly Reports: Free with any marketing service!
Of course, there are many other marketing tools at our disposal, but we want to start small and effective.
